STOP SWAING.........lol.....no joke stay stiff with knees bent a bit back straight and arms stuck to ur sides......u will come to realize REAL QUICK that the weight ur using is a bit too much........
reduce the weight and nail that form......AND WATCH THEM GROW..u will need new shirts to fit those guns......
