Hey all. Relatively new fellow to the board, figured I would start one of those kitschy training journal things.

Stats:
Male / Age 23 / 5'11" / 175lbs
Been lifting weights for about a year

Routine:
Day #1
Bench Press 3x5
Dips 25 (as many sets as needed)

Day #2
Deadlift 3x5
Wrist Curls/Plate Hold/Misc. Gripwork

Day #3
Funder Bench Press 3x5 (Much like a 5" board press, except with an excessively long and dull Friedrich Funder book)
Overhead Press 3x5

Day #4
Behind the back Deadlift 3x5 (35lb plates)
Underhand Pullups 25 (as many sets as needed)

...frequency is usually 5 days per week. Volume is kept low in order to limit the amount of time I spend freezing my ass of in my garage each day ;)

Welcome to the board. Good idea starting a journal. It definitely helps.
