600mgs can be done with 1 shot or you can break it up into 2
throughout the week

eq has a long ester so either way would be fine.

As bass pointed out, may depend on how many cc's ya need to squeeze in yer ass. @ times a week minimum if ya ask me, preferably 3x or more. On my 1200mg frontload, I did 200mg a day, 6x a week.
