I Was MIA yesterday on the account of Business and partially today as well.
But I will answer all Q's Tonight.:)

Start truing up the heat Next Week per my other thread.

Now is the time when you should just start adapting to the training, and that is a Great Backdrop to start using your mind to channel your will and energy into the key movements.

After week 6 you will get personalized Routine per the Questionare' you fillled out.

I will focus on:

A) the Key body parts you want and balance it off with the rest of the routine

B) your body fat Goal


I am soo happy I could explode:)
all of you are doing as well as I imagined ( the work ethic)

Trust,
Some serious results will happen by the time we complete the Training.........

And just like the young man I am working with, you WILL Bring More to the table Each time you replicate what your Establishing now.

He is using the same intensity, YET looks about 33% better then he did Last time with No other changes.
 
You plan on using any of us for a full page ad in mens fitness or flex?
 
Also in this second round with the young MAN he is bringing so much more to the table its INSANE.

So every time you guys repeat this sequence of training know that you will push your development more each time ( probably will be liek that for the next 3-4 years till your body just cant grow more of you :)

by then you aill have also the muscle you need.
 
When its done Ill send pics holding some lipoflame or amp 02 seeing how I take both. i take 12 tabs of each. man talk about a good workout and no sleep. Im kidding.
