Time to try Creatine?

Creatine is great for cutting phase also to keep muscles from becomming flat when low in calories...

Provided you drink enough water (5 l a day!), the water retention you get from creatine will mostly be intra musculair and not sub cutanious.....

Always stack creatine with 75 grams dextrose/frutose and some vanadyl-sulfate (some pineapple juice and grape juice is great)
 
Thanks guys. Perhaps I'll go pick some up. I hear that EAS Phosphagen is some of the best...agree?

What about my workout page? Any thoughts? :)

I got me some creatine today, Phosphagen HP. I took a scoop before the gym and one afterwards with my myoplex shake. I may do this routine for the next 5 days and then switch to only drinking it with my myoplex post-workout. Does that sound right? My myoplex has l-glutamine and taurine added, will that suffice?
