Time to train

Here's somthing I've always wondered.

What time do you guys prefer to work out, and are there any reasons for it. I prefer late evening workouts because I tend to have more energy. Is there a 'best' time to train?

Currently running 200mg deca/week
and 20mg d-bol ed.
 
i personally rather trian in the evening.. b/c u have a lot of food/supps , ect. in you.. but i do not think that there is a bad time to train. i train about 5pm and do cardio in the am
 
It always seems I get better workouts when the gym is packed, and everyone is grunting and the little guys are watching and the girls are sneeking a peak too. Helps to motivate me....Whatever gets you going! Some people prefer to be by themselves.
