time to see progress?

my gf is 5'7 and 145....i'd say her bf is about 20%......her diet is made of 5-6 small meals per day and clean......she was a vegetarian up until last november....her workouts werent exactly the greatest....as of two weeks ago she has finally decided to be consistent with her diet and routine including weigthts.....she does morning cardio 3x per week and after every weight session which is as follows.....legs day 1, shldrs day 2, active rest day 3, chest and tris day 4, and back and bi's day 5....weekends morning cardio.....all of her cardio range from 20-40 min of HIT on stair climber, bike or treadmill......weights include 3 sets of specific exercises, reps of 12-10-8 with drop set last set......30-60 secs of rest between.......she would like to be about 125-130 and 12% bf..... shes currently a size 8 and would like to be a 4-6....how long should it take to get these type of results? any comments or suggestions appreciated
 
i would tell her to do ALA around 1000mgs/day get that from www.kilosports.com and go to www.anabolicfitness.net run to there AF store and buy there fat burners..cardio 3 times week tell her to try to do cardio before breakfast...keep the carbs low around 30% up the protein and fats..ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal to help her take down more protein also tell her to drink a lot of water good for you...also tell her to do low reps on her legs like under 6 reps girls can get good gainz by doing that...but not low reps always...change them from time to time

That is a tough question to answer.

I would suggest your girlfriend attempt to increase her cardio to .75-1 hr 5 days a week on an empty stomach (in the morning) for maximum results. If she wishes, she could take a half dose of the E/C/A stack to enhance her energy levels, as working out on an empty stomach can be tough. She would also ream the benefiets of the stack.

She should augment her diet with Omega-3 fats (available at GNC) with every meal, as this will help with her energy level and metabolism.

Tell her to consume most of her carbohydrates before and after weight training sessions.
