Time to hang up the Sirynge for a while.

I have decided to go the natural route from here on in,the sides were getting to be more than the benefits,and I am sure I was getting prostate issues because I couldnt sleep through the night with out having to go take a leak.Not to mention tons of hair fell off.I was on for a whole year nonstop,most of the time cruising on Test/Deca and the rest of the time would add tren winy or anavar.I am 185 lbs right now at 8-10% bf at 5'6" so I am happy with what I got right now finally.I just need to keep it were it is and all will be great.Could use some advice for the best suplements to take now that I am going that route.I am one month into PCT at 100mg of clomid per day andf then going another month with 50mg,so far I feel great and have actually gotten a lot tighter since I droped the water weight.I am not saying I wont juice again,Im saying that I wont do it for at least another year this time,I actually felt good to come off this time,1 year non stop is definetly as far as I am willing to stay on for.
 
I'll PM you with my clean regime..............I usually go 2-3 years at a time clean, run 2 or 3 cycles and then go natty again. What I do works well for me, I don't mind sharing but the garrantee (never could spell that word!!) that it'll will work for you. Aso, I hve tried just about every OTC supp there is one at a time to guage the effects so I'll list them out for ya too,

Wow! I remember when you were teeing up the cycles you just did over one year ago. You had some pretty serious cycles if I remember correctly. Between that and "cruising" (read: not actually coming off, just changing gear and lowering doses) I was actually afraid for you.

Good news to gear you're giving it a break. It's wierd, but for me, I'm ready for a gear break about week 8 or 9!

I was having to get up and urinate every 3 hours,wich is a sign of enlarged prostate,thats what mainly made me stop and the hair loss too.I wasnt growing anymore on cruising doses and I didnt think there was any point on staying on if I was making minimal progress.I also ran doses as high as 2g for 6 weeks once and since I did that all the sides began and never left.never lost a hair on my head untill I hit 2g and then it never stoped even when I went down to 500mg a week.
 
your cycles have been pretty manic i must say from reading your posts, is your diet apropriate?

Well considering I am 5'6" and weigh almost 200lbs with bellow 10% bodyfat Id say I was doing something right.
 
A lot of guys who take gear for long periods usually run low doses. From what I get from the posts is that you were taking pretty hefty cycles throughout the year non-stop. You look awsome bro and for that I congragulate you. And your stats are great. Not to flame you, but it seemed like you were abusing it a bit. I'm glad you are able to know when to come off. I wish you a speedy recovery.

The only time I abused was when I hit 2g of gear for 6 weeks just to run an experiment and see if it was that much of gains difference at this dose.My conclusion on that is that when you go above a gram you can open a whole new door of sides and if you never had any the high doses will bring them.Yeah I gained 14 lbs in 20 days when I first hit that dose but since then the sides never went away,although I never hit a gram of gear for 80% of the year.
 
Good luck bro,i hope it goes well for you. I know you alway's had to deal with the hairloss problem so this probably is the best thing for you to do for awhile. If the sides are starting to affect your health it's defenetly time to take a break.
 
Yeah bro,I actually felt better to come off,I feel great right now and 1month+ into PCT taking tons of clomid and was taking nolva and have ran 20,000 ius of hcg in the past 5 months.Everything seems to be coming along just fine thank god,I was a little scared to come off at first but now I feel great.I think I will keep all the gains I made too,I am just going to diet take tons of suplements,train like an animal anbd do cardio all year round to stay fit and keep what I got.

your absolutely right,and I knew I could and still took the risk.If I could do it again I would too,I needed to know the difference between taking 500mg and taking 2g of gear a week.

It'll be getting hot as hell for us soon anyway's so you'll be able to sweat some of that weight off.
 
gymrat4life.. its prolly a good idea... with those stats you are thick enough.. i dont think u will have a problem maintaining with a foundation like that..
i have a question for you... i usually run prop and npp at 500mgs each per week.. so i dont usually go over a gram a week.. maybe a little more when i add orals in but not too much over.. what was the point for you when all the sides hit...
i have run a gram of test only per week and thats when the sides hit me.. high BP, headaches, nosebleeds, hair started to shed a little, groin area hurt. i ws prolly around 1200-1250 mg total..

At 2 grams I straight blew the fuck up,I put on 14 lbs in less than 20 days when I hit that dose,but 5 weeks in it I had to drop it down to 750 with the Deca and Test because sides sucked and hair was falling out by handfulls.I feel great now and feel I can keep all the weight I gained easily,so overall I am very happy and pretty motivated to train natty for a while for my healths sake.

I have not gotten bloodwork now because I think my test levels are coming back with no problem with the clomid,My bloodpreasure and cholesterol are both fine as I tested those both myself,I took cholestero tests at 6 months and now and it seems that aas dont hurt me there.I have no erection problems at all either and I have been off for 40 days so thats a good sign,I have hit PCT super agresive though,I did HCG through and at the end of the year and heavy clomid for one month then canother month at 50mg to end it.
 
oh btw the way syptoms of an enlarged or sick prostate = constricted urine passage.
that means LESS frequent urination. once patients get medication for this they imidiatly start urinating like crazy.

I wont be back in 2-3 months because last time I came off I was off for a year and I did a 4 month cycle back then,I dont see a need to jump back on and I am pretty sure I am not going to get smaller wrom the way I have PCT and the way I feel now.As far as the prostate,I have always read that the first symptoms of an enlarged prostate is frequent urination through the night,so I dont know were you got that other info at.

No offense man but your stats aren't as impressive as you would like them to seem(for the amount of gear used over a YEAR)..

your dosages were HUGE for that length and for some one weighing 185, i'm suprised you're still with us.

You will not loose too much right now, being on clomid and you finished your cycle not too long ago. Between one and two months of being totaly drug free is when it gets tough. You will see the change in your shoulders first. It can get very depressing at this point and lots of people will go back on at this point. If you can stay clean during this crash/depression/weight loss period you will see SOME of the gains come back and start to get motivated again.

lol some one has to be atough guy and always flame,saying things liek you abused and for the amount of shit you did you look like crap lmao.The truth is I have not done tons of drugs or abused and I do know what I am doing.I am a very hard gainer no matter what,but I am more than happy being at 185 being 5'6" with single digit bodyfat so take that for what its worth.The truth is most of the year I was on 600-800 mg of gear per week so call me an abuser for that lol,sad when some one has the balls to come out and speak the truth you have noobs like you coming out and throwing the noobie bible at them.

it wasn't a flame at all, just an observation, my mistake for coming off like that.

while i don't post too often i've still been part of the community for some years now. I also train competitively collegiately - i am no 'noob' to training.

Way too many people get too rapped up in the stats BS,when I say I am 185 they seem to think I am 185 and 6 feet tall but I am 5'6".I am by no means jacked to the gills but I feel that I am big and lean enough to look better than 80% of the population of everyday Joes.15 heavier and perhaps with lower fat then I will be truly jacked in my eyes.

Here is a better picture,much clearer and different lighting.I definetly dont think I look small bud.
 
It kills me that most guys think that if you're cycling, you should automatically be above the 200lb mark, no matter what your height... being "huge" is very relative... for a shorter guy who after years of trying naturally to get bigger, 180lbs might be "huge".... people need to relax a bit...

Im not like completely tickled but I am definetly happy with the gains I have made in the past year,now I just want to try to gain 15lbs naturally so going to start taking a lot of suplements and training super heavy.I just started to do a lot of deadlifts in my routine since I noticed that my lower back is one of the places were I need the most work.I have all the time in the world so I figure within the next 2-3 years by the time I turn 32 I should be really happy with what I got.

take it from someone who's spent alot of $$$ on supplements over the years (most of them very useless), you can't go wrong with the basics... good protein, a good diet...flax / EFA's.... throw in some creatine... train hard and you're golden....
