Time to get right!

Ok, I have been one of those on off trainers for alolng time now, but here recently I have had the desire to workout alot more.( Just got devoriced, lol) Anyways, I have always been pretty fit. But now is time to really put in some work, I used to be a heath nut and have done seriods before but I was a little young to really know what I was doing. Now belive when I tell you I have set here reading and studying for months now. Heres the goal.

Im 26 - 5'11'' 208 lbs and setting about 16-18% body fat
I want to be at about 185lbs and about 7-9% body fat

I am on a new dite plan of:
4-5 meals a day at
carbs 20g
protien 39g
fat 2g
cal 247 per meal

I do admit my trouble before was carbs, I love bread, rice, and potatoes but I know I really need to be eatting the oats. (just so hard without some sugar on them)

My workout I belive is pretty good, I do atleast 45-60 mins of cardio 6 days a week.(eleptical, stairstepper, or just jogging)

I also do abs 4-5 day a week. (this is what I really want to show)
I spread my body workout over the week. (arms, chest, back, sholders, legs)

Im trying to reach a certin goal set in my mind before november and I just aint getting there. Like I said I'm no new pup to steroids and fully aware of the pros and cons now. I am just trying to I guess you could say CHEAT a bit. I have considerd a cutting cycle like, Test-E/Whinny/D-Bol/Novadex. I just think mabey before I sink anymore time into not getting right, I should ask the guys who have been there and already made it to the point I want to be at.

Low intensity cardio for longer durations. Quit doing abs. They are already there and plus, you work out your abs with every exercise anyway. Utilize that time for other stuff like cardio and recovery. Watch your sodium and take casein protein before bedtime.
 
you need more fat in your diet. olive oil, fish oils, nuts, etc.
20 grams is way low, get it up around 50-70grams a day.
