Well I'm back, for those of you who have been on here for a long time you'd probably remember me. I haven't been able to lift due to a hectic life for the past 2 years. Now I'm settled in Seattle and am gonna get back into the game. I've missed it so much. Lost pretty much everything I had before. I'm 20 years old, 6'5" and a nasty 274 pounds. But I'm not gonna worry about my weight for now. For now, it's time to get big(ger). I think I'm gonna start back in with the 5x5 program. But I would also like some input from you guys on what you think would be best for someone who used to lift relgiously, but hasn't for 2 looooong years. Much appreciation to any feedback.
