Time To Cutt Up (HELP NEEDED)

Hey guys
I am fairly new to this forum and from what i have seen alot of you guys are very experienced and very knowledgable and i admire that because i love to learn from everyones opinions on cycles/training/diet/pct

I am planning to Start a Cutting Cycle but nothing too fancy due to the fact that Where i live steroids are limited and very expensive....

I have done many cycles and have got a great size now and i would like to try lean up and lose some body fat..
Stats:
Age: 23
Weight: 118kg (not sure how much in pounds that is)
Height: 182cm
bf: 13 - 15%
Cycles: 4

I have Got My Diet In Check & Cardio in Check Too

CYCLE:
1 - 10wk 500mg Test Prop
2wk on 2wk off Clen

I can get Trenbolone but The prices are very expensive also the tren they have here is pretty weak compared to the tren i used in thailand.. i was just wanting to know would Test only be good enough to keep my gains while i shred fat off mainly through Diet & Cardio?
 
To answer your question yes, but everything you want to achieve can be done through diet and cardio. Really no need for AAS use as your natural test levels are sky high right now.
 
just a low dose test (maybe 300-400mg ew for you) would be good along side of something like ephedrine or clen while cutting to help preserve muscle mass.
 
I would really like to know one's definition of diet and cardio are "in check" for a cutting cycle..

A majority of the people say theyre eating clean, but theyre really not, then they blame that its the gear or the drugs that they were using. if you cant get ripped and cant bulk up without steroids, then you should not be using it in the first place. i can get to 5-6% bodyfat with no steroids, just dieting and cardio, but the AAS helps me to keep a majority of my muscle mass when dieting. i can also gain tons of weight just eating alot of food.
 
Im Not Blow Assing When i Say i have My Diet And Cardio In Check... I have done months n months of research on Dieting on this forum and many others and also i am friends with many pro bodybuilders down here that give me additional advice...

I personally enjoy occasionally throwing in a day of Yohimbine HCl raw powder. It's way cheap from Nutraplanet and is almost as good as Clen in my experience. ECA stacks are good too, but Yohimbine is way more potent for me and suppresses my appetite nicely. It does eat into muscle though, so I personally keep this down to specific times during a dieting cycle. It's great for getting fat off the Serratus Anteriors. I never saw my Serratus until I started taking Yohimbine HCl powder.

test prop 150mg EOD weeks 1-10
Clen 40-120mcg ed weeks 1-10
T3 25-50mcg ed weeks 1-10

when you run clen with t3, you dont have to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. i ran that with awesome results, and i ran 100mg of prop eod.
 
yes bro. been tested a few times by a normal doc and an endocrinologist, originally on my own suspicion that my test was low. it's in normal range but isn't "sky high" like many younger people are told theirs is on this forum.

What was the ng/ml reading? If it's in "normal range" then it means you're average not below normal. Maybe not sky high but normal.

Try having a total level of 32, and the scale for normal is 230ng/ml - 1270ng/ml. THAT is low.
 
my results aren't in ng/ml, there in nmol/l. my result for TOTAL test (free wasn't checked as the doc looked at free t vs SHBG to determine levels) was 28 (normal levels are 11-40) and my SHBG was "middle of the road". obviously you need HRT with levels that low, and gaining muscle/shedding fat while retaining muscle would be impossible without HRT. I'm also saying that just because I'm 22, and have the test of a 22 year old, my levels are not sky high as many young guns on EF are told, giving us superhuman ability to gain/retain muscle without the need for aas. the truth is i can't cut without loosing an unacceptable amount of lean mass, and i bet there are many, many guys my age who have the same problem but yet are told "oh at that age its like your already shooting test with your natty levels - you can do this just as well without aas." this is not true. may i ask why your levels are so low bro?? was it caused by gear? what are your stats ?

First, your levels are high according to the scale you provided, you couldn't get hrt if you wanted to. The next thing you're talking about is due to genetics, you can only change that with GH and AAS to a degree.

Trying to cut down like you're stating without AAS use, yes you will loose lean mass while dieting, how can you not to a degree?

Yes my levels were caused by gear and I am on trt. EVEN with the proper PCT and blood work this is still something that can happen to anyone. Playing with AAS and not knowing what you're doing is going to lead to disaster in one way or another (I did know what I was doing and it still happened to me). My stats beyond that are irrelevent, but I am more than 12 years older than you with at least a dozen cycles under my belt (not that that is important in any way mind you).
