time off. will 8 weeks do?

Finished up 15 weeks of eq / sust. Along with tren for last 4 weeks finished July 1st


Have 36 x 50 ml winstrols on hand given from a friend. How long do you think I have to wait to use them?

I know people say same amount of time off then time on but is 15 weeks off really necessary? Could I get away with like 8 weeks off?

that's on you bro. the safest thing to do is to wait the 15 weeks and get your blood tested. personally i wait a little longer than the normal time on/time off thing. some people disregard this and are fine while others disregard this and end up damaging themselves or killing themselves... if you really cant wait more than 8 weeks then get your blood tested, if everything is normal then go ahead. i still wouldn't do it personally, but hey, that's just me.

Provided I am healthy – as for receptors being clogged. Do you think the Winnie would even be effective 8 weeks after a 15 weeker.


I am not expecting anything drastic. If nothing else harden me up and work as an anti catabolic? You think itll do that for me?

it's all personal opinion. the smartest thing to do tho is to be safe about it and take the time off. 6 months? no i would be getting my blood tested well before that (i personally wouldn't have gone that long to begin with tho). 15 weeks really isn't that long to wait tho. i always err on the side of caution, i'm impatient just like the next guy but i control it because it's for the best. really i guess it's just whatever you feel comfortable with.

the winny will definitely do what you want it to do tho.

8 weeks from last shot. PCT ending beginning of august.

if you're taking supplements to keep your liver/kidney/hpta in check during your cycle.. you should be good to go..

I like AAP's theory on stopping the cycle when you feel the adrenal fatigue, and starting back up when you feel ready for it..

It depends on what you want.

If you want your HPTA to be fully recovered you'll need at least 3 months off.

If you just want to take a break , then 8 weeks is fine.

It also depends on the dosages. It also depends if you want to be on HRT the rest of your life. There is no correct answer.
