Time off between cycles?

everyone is different i like to go time on + pct *2 give or take.. sometimes a lot more.. no need to rush things
 
Time on + PCT + 2 weeks = time off So if your cycle is 10 weeks, your pct 4 weeks, then that means you do 16 weeks off.

This is what everyone should do as a minimum!!!
 
I'm with Rich on this one! Myself I have done Time on = time off but I can tell you personally the next time off take a whole lot longer to recover and is not really worth it, you should always do it properly, get blood work done, make sure you are back to full correct operation and then still allow an extra couple of weeks just to be sure.
 
Thanks for the replies. I just finished my first cycle(test cyp+dbol) at the end of nov, took 8 weeks off with PCT and then went back on 1st of feb so 8 weeks off. I felt good and my boys came back fine fairly quickly, but I must admit I was itchin to go back on. Haha
 
everyone responds differently to different compounds but you should always at least follow the time on = time off protocol... It will definitely not hurt you to take a few more weeks off as well... You want to fully recover... bloodwork is the only way to know if you have recovered fully or not... plus it depends on what you were running as well... the harsher the compound, chances are it will take you a bit longer to recover fully... at least time on to time off though...

The longer you're off the better your body will respond to the next cycle. By running cycle after cycle without taking enough time off your receptors will be shot out. That's one of the reasons why some guys have to run such high doses. Take some time off and go natty for a bit and let your body recollect itself.
 
^^ I wouldn't listen follow this protocol myself, nor would I recommend that to anyone, you should stick with bare minimum of time on = time off however you should always allow your body to flush it out of your system as much as you can, for some instances Decca has been traced to still be in some people over 9months later. now if you take that and keep doing continuous cycles that amount floating around is going to get greater and greater and your health risks are going to be increased severely as a result. listen to what Dylan, Sherk and I have said, it will be your safest bet!!
 
If your PCT is on point, can you maintain your strength during your time off between cycles?

I guess it depends on the person. I loose the weight but I tend to keep majority of the strength. My co-gymnist keeps the gains, most of them but he loses lots of his strength, and gains little belly fat.

Yo Tripp, I've actually heard that deca can be traced upwards of 14 months. Anyone can correct me here if I am wrong.
 
How much time does everyone take off between cycles? Is time on equal time off a safe bet?

I finished my 10 week cycle in may 2011. did right pct. I tested my test in december of 2011 to find out that i have low test. So i think the best way to find out if u can start another cycle is blood test to make sure ur test is back to normal. I would definitely recomend time on=2 x time off
 
However long I'm on I take at least double that off.
You've got to be smart about it and not resist the temptation to jump back on early.
imo.
 
The only way that you can legitly tell when to go back on is after you take a blood test before cycle, before pct, and then after pct.... Jsut because your nuts dropped again doesnt mean your body is ready.... Bloods are the only way to tell....
 
Can I ask to look for in bloods? I know test, but what else ? : )

You want to check to see that all of your hormones are balanced but it is also crucial to get some other work done on your basic health panel as well ie kidney function, liver enzyme test, cholesterol panels, red blood cell counts, platelet counts etc etc
