time off between cycles?

hi everyone. i'm just finishing up an anavar cycle that lasted 13 weeks. i've been real happy with the results (i don't know how much bf i lost, but i'm happy with what i see in the mirror), but pretty depressed that its coming to an end.

i'm thinking of winny for the next one. how long should i wait before going back on? do i really need to wait the full 13 weeks?

also, what do you recommend for keeping the leanness in between cycles? i've been taking some stackers all along, so i know i need to drop those for a little while, but am confused about what to do eating-wise? do i just keep the same diet and cardio that i've been on? i want to stay lean, but don't want to start losing the muscle either.

any help would be great.
 
Not a recommendation, but there are some who have great success maintaining almost everything by bridging the winny or ox cycles with low doses of nandrolone or test.

i'm not opposed to doing something like that, but wouldn't it lead to sides? i mean...staying on constantly (even though at low doses) like that? i always thought you needed to give your body some time off? or does this just apply to men's cycles?
 
well, lets see, contest was 112 pounds on a saturday, dropped anavar and started test that monday, went up to 151.2 in 8 weeks, bloated, hell yeah, a lot, but that is because I wanted to, I ate to gain as much as I could in those 8 weeks and to take full affect of the amazing anabolic period right after a contest.

holy!!!! you packed it on!!! i think i'll have to hold off til cooler (non-bikini) weather to do that. :D
 
we,re throwing that "bridge" term around lightly here. BrickG women have fewer sides with low dose test then winstrol. Seen many women have bad sides with winny that have few if ANY with test. Warlobo is correct type is a choice but i like prop because of clearence giving you better control, or durabolin.

great question princess. also warolobo, can you explain the difference in what everyone is concerned with as far as fake winni goes...you know... injecting it becasue it may be test then youre screwed. im confused. there must be a difference in the test you recommend/the one bg used and the one everyone is concened about being fake winni. ????
 
no not really a need to go on:) so in your opinion (and everyone else feel free to respond too) what is the preferred test to use in conjunction with or after a nan prop cycle?

Bulking and cutting has to do with diet not what AAS you take. Sure test may give you more water retention than winny, then again maybe not. But water is not fat and fat is not water. The two seem to be thought of as one many times in the bodybuilding world. Either someone who is fat going into a show thinking they are holding water (or wishing they were holding water) and someone who puts on 10 lbs in a week after starting test or deca thinking it is fat when it is only water.

The point of using test or deca between cycles of winny for example is to preserve or perhaps even increase the muscle mass one gained from the winny. While there may (or may not) be additional virilizing sides, they will certainly be far less effects on blood lipids (HDL and LDL) and liver toxicity.

Without the test or deca, you will lose muscle and get fatter. It is simply due to a change in nutrient repartitioning (toward fat and away from muscle) because you are now an estrogen vs androgen based system regardless of how you train and/or diet.
