I'm going to spend the next 3 months only training legs, abs, lower back and riding my bicycle. Hopefully I'll end up 25 lbs lighter yet stronger but if history is any indication I won't lose enough size to notice.
I'm probably gonna go back to cycling full-time and 19" arms don't make a bike go any faster. I want to get close to 200 lbs so I can finish a triathlon. I do want to keep my leg strength even as I'm losing size so it'll be a lil tricky.
why dont u just train ure whole body... upper body light but still train it and tighten up ure diet.. u can lose a 20 lbs with just diet pretty ez if ure dedicated
