Time Between Cycles

I am off a cycle from 12 weeks ago. Want to start Sust at 500mg weekly/ Deca at 400mg weekly for 10 weeks. This will be my third cycle in a year. Is this a safe time to wait for the start of my new cycle -- AND -- any comments on the most effective cycle to undergo (this is the same as my last cycle). Thanks

You will need at least 4-6 weeks to actually see anything in terms of the cycle.

In my honest opinon you should take 3-4 Months off in order to make sure you stay healthy enough to enjoy your gains.
