Tight ass titties

I have been training for several years and took off for a couple months this winter. I haved returned to training for the past couple of months hitting the gym about 5 days a week. I train chest only once a week. Lately, my chest is very tight and I have sharp pain in both pecs as though I worked chest the day prior. I drink 1.5 gallons of water per day and sit in the sweat box several times a week. I am 37 years old, 6' tall, 230 lbs and recently shed 10 pounds over the course of the last couple of months. I am pretty strict with my diet and getting plenty of protein. Any idea what is going on with my tits...? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Is the pain after lifting like a slight tear? Are you streching good? Try heat like a heating-pad and ben-gay and start back real slow and easy lifting or it will take you for ever to heal.....
