I have been training for several years and took off for a couple months this winter. I haved returned to training for the past couple of months hitting the gym about 5 days a week. I train chest only once a week. Lately, my chest is very tight and I have sharp pain in both pecs as though I worked chest the day prior. I drink 1.5 gallons of water per day and sit in the sweat box several times a week. I am 37 years old, 6' tall, 230 lbs and recently shed 10 pounds over the course of the last couple of months. I am pretty strict with my diet and getting plenty of protein. Any idea what is going on with my tits...? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
