usually its that they sport jeans too tight and they show the jean fat (the fat waist pushes the rolls over the waist band of the jean and looks like a small tire)

but baggy blue jeans?

i havent seen that ...usually when a chic sports a tube top or something small for a top piece they sport a tight jeans or a mini skirt...

Right alot of them will do the mini skirt or tight jeans (this is popular with the "country" girls where I live), but I'e seen alot with the baggy pants thing going. I'll try to snap you some pics some time when I'm out.
