Thyroid PCT question for Anthony Roberts

Anthony, I read your articles about using clomid and HCG after a T3 cycle to help your thyroid return to normal function, but I have a question. Do you start the clomid and HCG the day after the last day of the T3 cycle, or should you wait until the T3 is completely out of your system? Since T3 has a biological half-life of approximately 2.5 days, it would take over a week to get out of your system if you tapered down to a dosage of 12.5 mcg per day at the end of the cycle. Any advice you and/or anyone else could give me on this subject will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I start it as soon as the thyroid meds are discontinued.

What if you are still on AAS when you stop taking T3? Are you taking clomid mid-cycle??
