I'm good Ariel! Right now I'm about to unload the dishwasher. I like to do it when the dishes are still ultra hot. That way it makes me hurry. Kinda like hot potato. When you're done your finger prints are smoothed over but it's worth the adrenaline rush.

Trained 2 clients this morning, then worked out shoulders and abs, went home and took a nap, back at the gym now holding down my chair at the desk waiting for a few more clients tonight...pretty typical day for me.
