looking fo diet help while on 500mg/sus and 50mg winny/ED and T# cycle. Im 230lbs, 5'11, 16%BF. Im trying to cut upa decent amount. I'll be doing cardio 4-5 days/wk 30 mins. What should my calorie intake be and what should the breakdown look like? protein-carbs-fats. maybe even throw a sample diet in for me.
 
just eat something every 3 hours to keep your metabolism moving...eat clean, avoid starch carbs and sugars....add in some good fat like avocados, peanut butter..keep the pro high and you will be fine...also dont forget that min of one gallon of water

That sounds too low IMO, but remember, it's where those grams of nutrients come from that are just as important as how much. Eat clean...in the shower if you have to:) With the nutrient breakdown you provided it will total around 2400 cals...which is very low. I would start higher. Around 3000 cals a day and SLOWLY work your way down to 2400-2500 cals. Don't dive in headfirst or you'll have nowhere to go.
 
for a couple meals a day I will eat 2 cans of tuna, I was thinking of cutting to 1 and a scoop of protein jsut to bring the cals down.
 
I'd start around 2800kcal and gradually decrease by about 100kcal a week so by the end of 8 weeks you will hit 2000. This might be too low so monitor your body composition carefully. As far as macronutrient percentages, try
40% protein
40% carbs
20% fat
