I am following these guidelines for HCG. Do you guys throw away what you have after 30 days and start with a new bottle?
I suggest you run 250iu of HC.G 2xEW (1/2 ml)= 20 doses or 10 weeks every 4 days
Weeks 3 to 12- throughout the duration of your cycle.
Fridge the HC.G once you constitute it. It's good for roughly 30 days before losing potency.
