Try and overhead squat on the ball talk about haveing to keep perfect alighnment. I have also played with someone rolling the ball to me and jumping on it and then squating. I think this exercise can be excellent for athletes but really has no application to bodybuilding. But if you like to have some fun in the gym and want people to look at you funny go for it.
