Three weeks until show

Hi, I have three weeks until my show, I am on 20mg Halo, 50mg of winstrol and Femara each day, I also take 1ml of Pro-Masteron 1 rip 3 times per week. My diet is lean and I am doing 4 30 min Cardio sessions a day. Problem is I still have some fat around my stomach. Any suggestions
 
"still have some fat on my stomach" can mean a lot of things. It can be "I'm at 5% bodyfat and i've still got a tad bit of lower ab fat" or it can mean "my abs are visable but I can still pinch a fair amount of skin". Also, I don't have a clue what "my diet is lean" means. Low carb? Low fat???? Best thing to do is post a current photo and you'll get a lot of feedback - being able to visually see where you're at will tell the tale and lead to good advice for you.

Bluetwisted, I'm eating 6 meals a day averaging 2400 cals and pretty low carb. My abs are visible but I am carrying a bit of butter. Will post a pic. Cheers

You sound like you're quite a bit behind for only having 3 weeks. You may want to try a rapid fat loss diet for 2 weeks to see if you can catch up, either that or shoot for a later show. You want to come in conditioned, there are few feelings worse that showing up not contitioned and shredded when the other guys in the class are dialed in. What's your current bodyfat %?
 
If you're preparing for a show you better know the exact amounts of each macronutrient you're eating and not "averageing 2400cals and pretty low carb" - that one sounds like my mom's summer diet plan to get that third and second spare tire off her stomach....... not sure if srs
 
Do as much cardio as possible...

I would do 4 2hr LIT cardio sessions per week, minimum.

Please don't follow this advice. If you can't get there in time with a dialed in diet and reasonable cardio, pick a later show and give yourself more time. Cranking the cardio up like this will have you come in stringy looking. I've seen it many times.
 
^^^ bro I am helping a couple guys comp for it at my gym, and to be honest I look better than them myself (doesn't say much about me), but I'm not going to. I just want to watch and learn the ABC's to competing (posing which i definately need to work on, tanning, shaving which is a pain since i have curly hair, all the little things involved).. maybe network a bit and share ideas/strategies. i haven't set a goal, but maybe next year after getting a sense as to what weight class i should try I will do it. if i can have a good year with work and be able to take off time early next year to focus on it 100% then i will do it.

I figure in a year from now if i can drop 2% body fat from where I am now and manage to hold my mass I would be able to do well, not win my weight class, but i would atleast look respectable. and then comp hard going into the contest and really tighten things up. I see myself possibly competing to win in my late 30's, early 40's though so no rush... by then hopefully i will have more disposable income and time to spend

anyway if you see a 5 6 wide shouldered, lebanese dark looking guy there don't be afraid to say hi.
