Okay I am 33 with 3 kids and I still do not feel as if I am where I want to be.....any advice?

From those pictures, I would really just say you might want to lose a little bodyfat and cut yourself up a bit. Cardio, diet, and weights will help you with this and define those muscles a little. I run 2 miles on the treadmill for cardio..(2-3xs per week)
But at my gym I cannot do free weights...as I don't have anyone to lift with
Defining is a major goal for me but I do not have any idea how to go about that on machines.
I am a former gymnast so at one time I was all ripped, but that was due to the sport (as well as the conditioning involved) But again that was 3 kids (and one husband)ago...lol
I feel like I am starting all over again, so do any of you have a suggested training schedule for me I would love it!!!

anyhow, you do look quite good. could use a little toning and more muscle to take advantage of your lovely body. don't go overboard and get too muscular.
