Three kids later......help

I cant even tell that you've had kids and I've seen alot of women who have had kids, including my mom. You look great from what I can see of the thumbnails.

i think so too., you should be happy with how you look, my cusin had 2 kids and put on like 2 stone !! dang.. and your looking hot !
 
While I also believe you look pretty damn good for having 3 kids, it doesn't mean you can't improve (as we all can). From those pictures, I would really just say you might want to lose a little bodyfat and cut yourself up a bit. Cardio, diet, and weights will help you with this and define those muscles a little. Check out our women's training forum if you haven't already

agree you look great. but we like to have goals and when we reach them, its nice... what are your stats, height, weight, bf% like? maybe a good goal is to lose like a bf% .. then work from there. hope i get a girl that looks like that at 33 after 3 kids.. good job :)
 
I agree with everyone. You look HOT right now.
If you are still looking to improve your look there are some simple things you can do..
-improve your diet
-cardio classes
-free wieghts
Any of those three will help. Diet is the most important. It will help you build muscle and shed what little fat you have!

Stats:
Height 5'4"
weight 126
I do not know my bf%

I run 2 miles on the treadmill for cardio..(2-3xs per week)

But at my gym I cannot do free weights...as I don't have anyone to lift with :(
Defining is a major goal for me but I do not have any idea how to go about that on machines.
I am a former gymnast so at one time I was all ripped, but that was due to the sport (as well as the conditioning involved) But again that was 3 kids (and one husband)ago...lol

I feel like I am starting all over again, so do any of you have a suggested training schedule for me I would love it!!!

you dont need a spotter do to free weights, its not like your going to be going super heavy, just very light enough to free the movement and control it. and if you're in a good gym , just ask a staff/ pt guy/gal how to use a machine, or even a member.

spend some time on the weight training forum and the women's forum here - there is a TON of info on both and very helpful people
 
Kids or not you look great. Like some said, check out the training forum. Womens forum may be able to help too.
 
someone is fishing for compliments. this is where we are supposed to tell you how shocked we are that you have had three kids!

anyhow, you do look quite good. could use a little toning and more muscle to take advantage of your lovely body. don't go overboard and get too muscular.

Look, I am not "Fishing for compliments" glenn. I don't need to. I get plenty from the general public. I am proud of the work I have done in losing all baby weight and maintaining a figure. I worked hard for what I have, I just want it to be better and I am not seeing any results with what I am doing now.

That is why I am seeking advise from critics/experts who have a much higher standard when it comes to the body.

And for those of you who have directed me to the women's training forum a great big thank you! :rainbow: I have been reading (and printing) away!

There is a TON of info there and I can't wait to start asking all of my questions!

:worried: The true colors shine though...I was going to speak my mind and help but not now...If you so hott in the real world as you say then you dont need to improve anything would yea? Second if you dont want people complimenting you,then you should of posted in the womens section or not posted at all!
Glenn called it like he seen it,as other's probably did too...The 3 kid thing does come clearly acrossed as if your looking for someone to tell you how great you look or for compliments.Other wise why say that at all? I am not trying to rag on you,just pointing this out to you.Hell i dont know either of yea, but i would of made it more simple and just posted, here are my pictures what can i do to improve myself?? Then you get a straight forward answer to what you need to know!!!!! GL

Whatever.....I'll go to another fitness board then....I am not looking compliments...just help. Ozzz I do not need someone telling me how I should have posted my question....fuck, should I have to consult you before I phrase every thread or post?

The improvements I want to make are those that everyday people on the street would not understand. If you wanted to get bigger...the average "joe on the street" would probably think you were "huge" already. But as others have said there is always room for improvement.

So you can stick it where the sun don't shine and I'll go find another board that cares about its members (new or old) and actually want to help people and give advice! I was referred to this board by one of your members and I am so sorry I listened! I was told the people here were like a "community" and a "family" and really gave a shit about their members......I see it is not so!

Thanks to all the people who actually gave me advice and to all the great things I have read in the women's training forum.

site everyday, and I have learned alot thus far. Look at it this way, no one likes the occasional pierce of a thorn, but will you let that stop you from
enjoying the beauty, and smell of a rose???
