As there is a wealth of experience and knowledge on the site i thought i would throw this one out to the masses.

I am looking at doing a relatively short cycle (no more than 6-8 weeks) this time. i have previously done a 10 week sus and deca and i saw some good gains from it

My aims for this cycle are to put on some quality lean mass - though not as much as my previous which was 28lbs after PCT.

I am thinking of maybe a test prop with winstrol. Would be interested to see what people think or have any other ones they ahve tried that have worked for them.

Training wise i have been doing splits of 1. Chest / Bi's 2. Back
3.Legs. 4 Shoulder and Tri and then 2 days off.

i am now thinking of doing a 5 day routing of 1.chest 2.back. 3.legs 4.shoulders 5. arms and then 2 days off. so again anythought welcomed

current stats:

age: 32
weight:205
fat: approx 10%
time training: 3 years

Winstrol and Prop is a great cycle. I have ran Winstrol 150MG EOD and Prop 600MG for 6 weeks with AR PCT protocol.
 
how many cycles have u done in the past bro? what kind of goals are u looking for here? bulking? cutting?
 
winny and prop is a good cycle. if you are runing it short i would throw in some dbol also. if you use the dbol with it make sure you take milk thiste throught the cycle and pct.
 
this will be my second cycle. the previous was sus and deca for 10 weeks.

With goals. it is somewhere in between. i dont want to really cut and dont want to bulk too much - i can almost hear you all laughing now!

One of my buddies ran a 6 week cycle with dbol and then winstrol and primo added and seemed to get good results?

I am about to change my training programme to 1 body part every day and then a light allover session day 6 and day 7 off sp would be interested to hear people thoughts on that too. light cardio 3 days a week

I guess what i was thinking is either a test prop + winny (and maybe dbol) or a primo + winny and some dbol??? and then keep my diet as clean as possible and look at a calorie intake of circa 3500 - 4000?
 
3 years training? hmm,... I wouldn't recommend a cycle, but you of age of course and have done one already. so if you dont want to cut or bulk, then you want to maintain? clean bulk is 5-10 lbs which can easily be done with a test prop cycle.
sounds like you need to get your diet set up and have it be consistant before starting anything. also your split isn't the greatest. you dont need a light all over session. do a 3 day on 1 day off repeat split. What is your diet now? 3500-4000 cals is a lot for size. 3000 is prob enough, depends on what you choose for your macro's.
 
winny and prop is a decent cycle .. i use that as more of a cutter .. i doubt u will get the size gains u got from sus and deca though
