So, I'm in the bathroom this morning with my 5yro and we're doin' our normal routine before school and she says..."Mommy can you come to school and eat lunch with me again today?" ((friday ritual for me)) I say, "Sorry hun, i can't today I have to work". She seemed disappointed for all of 4 seconds then said "Oh oh I know mommy...check it, (yes, she said "check it") you can pretend you're working and sneak out and come to my school. Your boss won't know at all, I'm serious mommy".

Call me crazy, but that's quite the mastermind for a five year old. I do baleedat I'm going to have my hands full in about 5 years.

I'm curious to know how your kid has outsmarted you or the "system". How old were/are they and what'd they do??

You wouldnt believe some of the stuff my son has come up with. His mind works so differently than mine ever did. Different personalities I guess. He's highly spirited and imaginative and clever. It's both good AND bad, depending on whether he's using his powers for awesome or for evil.
