Holy Shit !! I thought I was imagining my foot growth. I put on a pair of formal shoes that used to need insoles because they were loose and I had to take them out. i also put on my tux after 8 months of growth and the pants leg were about 1/4 in shorter, I think I friggin grew about 1/4 of an inch; the pants had not been out of my wardrobe and they used to hit the top of my shoes - not anymore! I hope this extra growth stops!

i never said my limbs grew, all i said is they are bigger. i am strongly assuming it is caused by water retention, as i feel more bloaty, if thats even a word. my shoes are tighter too, a lot tighter, but its not in length as much as width and height of my foot. just damn tight!
i have pretty broad shoulders so my 39 inch waiste doesnt look like its that big at all. i asked a few training buddies what they thought it was , and they said it looked 34-36. check my avatar, that is me a few weeks ago, with 39 inch weist, no gut either, flat stomach

Its bloat, the majority of that will go away. My watch,pants and shoes were all very tight but it went away.

My feet flat out grew! This was spread over 2-3 years and 2 long cycles of growth. Early-mid 20's for the person who asked about the age.
