My back seems to be healing up pretty good. It is still tender, and I still have some sciatic nerve pain, but overall it is about 200% better. I just have no desire to eat well when I'm not training. I have to return to the gym this Monday, or I'm going to go crazy. I have to stay active. This is fricking more depressing than if I had to wake up as Wodin every morning.
