This time Im doing it right!!!!

Every cycle I do is a waste of money and scar tissue. I never eat right and I rarely supplement with protein consistently.
This time Im going to do it right.

week 1
1000 mg enanthate
600mg deca
30mg dbol/day

week2
750mg enanthate
450mg deca
30mgdbol/day

week3-4
500mg enanthate
300mg deca
30mg dbol/day

week5-8


I will also be changing my signature soon.
500mg enanthate
300mg deca

week9-10
500mg enanthate.

.5 mg liquidex EOD.
I will be eating better. Instead of beef burgers Ill eat turkey burgers, more chicken, steak and fish grilled on the foreman grill, more vegetables steamed and grilled in the foreman grill. egg whites for breakfast, tuna, pasta. In cas you havent guessed my goal is mass and strength. I would like to add 30 pounds to my frame. Im 5'10" at 175 pounds. Im going to drink 2-3 shakes a day at 40mg protein per shake.
What do you think? Your opinion will help to fine tune this cycle and nutrition program. I have done 4 cycles and seen little results and whatever results I got were gone once I came off.
 
Cycle looks fine. Make sure to run post-c and don't reduce red meat consumption too much, just keep the carbs & saturated fat in check.....
 
You have done cycles previously and not eaten right. Maybe part of it is your training, but you haven't listed it. I wouldn't count on keeping 30lbs of muscle. Really. As far as eating, I think that you should be taking in about 500 grams of protien a day while on AS, but that is just my opinion. Good luck.
 
Well, lets just hope that you really do do it right this time. I would hate to see all that great gear go to waste. Here is a little tuna concoction that will give you about 125g's of protein without TOO many calories. Get 3 cans of tuna in water (if you want calories get it in oil), 3 boiled eggs, a whole pickle, and about 2-3 tbls's of mayonaise. Chop up the eggs and pickles and add them to the tuna and add the mayo and mix well. Add flax oil if you like. Insta-Tunasalad! Its got a shitload of protein and is very healthy and wont kill you to eat it all. 3 of those a day = all your protein, plus more! Be sure to do clomid therapy afterwards. If i were you i wouldn't take the gear at all liek your doing, I would just stick with either 500 or 750mg of test, and 500mg of deca. The dbol looks good but you may want to think about getting some Milk Thistle or r-ALA to protect your liver. If you need any other help don't hesitate to PM me and we'll talk through there. eating 125 grams of protein 3 times a day is a total waste......your body can't possibly utilize it all......
 
I agree with khemix, your cycle isn't really layed out too well. True you have alot of gear but are you maximizing your risk/benefit ratio? A couple minor adjustments and it would be a sweet cycle. :D
 
well to do it right this time i would NOT taper the deca or the test........... keep it the same dosage for the ten weeks.
 
Hmm, missed that one. Unless you are using protien shakes which are already partially digested, you should limit you protien intake to 50grams or less per serving. The rest will just get shit out or turned into fat.
 
The reason My cycle is laid out the way it is .... is I want to frontload to get a big kick once it kicks in. Itll take 3 - 4 weeks to get rolling, but When it does I want it to be rolling, not still building up.... If anyone understands that. Test always takes a long time to kick in and by the time it does Im usually finishing off my cycle. Never done a full cycle of Deca so Im hoping they work well together and have a synergistic affect on my body.

Do you think I should take 750mg enanthate and 600mg deca the whole way through?
