I can prove with continuity... go to the other bodybuilding forum and look me up... u will see my last day there when i was banned... then look at my first post here... it came prolly one day later...

I needed a new home and this was it.

all is forgiven.the bomb sqaud was a grate empire back in the day.reaching its peek in 05 members were big time k hitters and the group would hit fast and hard.allmost anny big name you see on the bord today was in it at one time or another.shit it gos back father then I do on this bord.I would think one day lestat will do a post on its histery.that would be cool.
