This sucks

Welcome to my world.

I can usually sleep for about 2 hours straight before I wake up but it takes forever to get to sleep.

I don't even remember the last time I had an appetite. I think I am going to start smoking pot for the munchies.

That is worrying for such a large lad.

Mate, you have to at LEAST get some protein shakes in you.

Blend it up with some ice and yogurt or milk, then it is like a milkshake or icecream.

EVERYONE like icecream :)

I need to try and get something down, but I'm just not feeling it.

I don't keep icecream around because I eat it in like a day.

I think I'm diseased.

Icecream and whey protein blended for you, STAT :)

Definitely sounds like you're sick. I felt the exact same way the other week and thought it was the trenbolone lol. Turns out I was just sick. Couldn't eat barely anything for days and could barely sleep at all. Just kept waking up. It sucked. You should feel better in a couple days. Just keep forcing yourself to get those cals in and take something at night to knock you out.

I got a bowl of cereal down, going to try a protein shake soon. Slept for less than 4 hours which is an improvement from the night before.

I called you on Friday so all should be right with the world. :)

Anything weighing on your mind lately?

Scots go smack the folks at Jensen's and tell them to get me my rifle. That could help work up your appetite.

I got a big sigh from the woman on the phone today and a "Would you like me to call you when it comes in?"

She wouldn't even let me pay in advance.

I am collecting phone books to kill though.

The story of my life.........I never have an appetite nor have I for year. Mine, of course, is illness related.
Having an appetite is a healthy, calm feeling (for me anyway)

I feel for you

Melatonin doesn't do shit for me, nyquil while fun doesn't help me sleep, I don't smoke.

Thanks for the suggestions though.

lmao, hahahahah my pals getting pissed ..........lololololol

I've been having the insomnia for about a month. I get to sleep fine, but wake up and can't get back to sleep.
I got some Unisom, it helped. I still wake up 3-4 times but get back to sleep pretty quick.
And I quick drinking coffee too. That was tough.

I've had insomnia for about 16 years. I usually sleep less that 4 hrs per night.

4 hours is sweet. Only now and then for me.

Yeah I can manage really well on 4. It's when I don't sleep at all for two or three days that I start to really have problems.

I have the same thing going on. Must be an oilfield thing. I cannot sleep on location without noise. Quiet on a rig is bad news.

Trying to sleep away from a rig is really, really hard for someone who is used to it.

4 hours is sweet. Not sleeping for days makes life interesting eh?

Yeah I can sleep on the rig floor as long as nothing changes.

I don't know if interesting is the term I'd use but yep.
