Lately this has been my meal for like 4-5 of them a day.

3 scoops of Protein Powder (Protizyme) Choc.
Tbspn of Udo's Oil
1/3 cup of fiber one cereal

put into a bowl add about 3-4 tbspn of water just enough to mix it but not too much to make it watery. It makes a brownie batter mixture and is just like brownie mix, it tastes so good, I've gone through 2 tubs of Protein in 3 days.

Do you think this is healthy? I'm getting tons of Protein in and lots of Healthy fats and fiber. Just keeping low on the carbs. For those with a sweet tooth this is for you.
 
One or two a day, fine. But four or five? No. Most of your protein should be coming from lean meat, whether you're bulking or cutting.
 
This is also extremely good:

1 packet Met-Rx extreme chocolate (38gP, 19gC)
1/4c Old Fashion oats
2 packets splenda
cinammin

Cook the oats in maybe 1/4c water, and add the splenda and cinammin. When it's cooled, add 1c water and stir in the Met-Rx and after it's completely mixed stick it in the fridge for an hour or two. You'll swear you were eating pudding!!! It's so good! And it has about 40g protein, 35g carbs, 3g fat.

I think it's healthy, better then the diet of 99.999999% of americans. I would say you might be getting pretty lean, so the body is craving the fat. Thus, the appetite.
