A few days ago i was on the net to find out a little about fat loss supplements...then i found this site. I have spent several hours on it a day! Its so addictive! So glad ive found people who love working out as much as me! all my friends think im nuts!

Still looking for some UK contacts to help me with some queries, tried www.muscletalk.co.uk but site is down at the moment...
