If one wanted to lean out on while on a cycle would it be possible to shed a lot of body fat by replacing all meals with protein packed shakes and bars?
 
i guess its theoretically possible...if i would i would get dymatize mega gainer.

In one serving you get...
600 cals (33 from fat)
3g fat
81g crabs
60g protein
plus a list of vits and mins

i would still eat actually food...maybe 3 meals shakes 3 meals food, i would NEVER do less. but really, one should never replace a diet by shakes. if you really want to shed some pounds, do it in the gym and not by crazy diets unless you know what your doing.
 
Those r supplements not real food. dont do it. plus did U catch the Weight Gainer part.....lol

The problem w/ that is (experiance) Mega gainer is all carbs for weight gain..that shit isnt to get lean! Look at the sugar content.
 
HUGE mistake. Needto just posted a thread about protein meal replacements a week or two ago that was really good, search for it.

No but using my book could help :)
 
your body burns calories digesting food. it takes alot less effort for your body to digest protein shakes therefor you burn more calories eating real food. eat the same amount of calories in real food as often as possible take advantage this. PLUS you will feel much fuller for much longer eating real food thus less of a battle with the hunger issue.
 
If you follow a proper diet you can lose BF% and gain lean muscle. I'm doing it right now - I'm happy with my results with 500mg Test Enanthate EW. I do cardio 5 days a week for 30 min per day plus a full hour of weights.

I get two types of comment, peolple notice the fat loss in my face and say "Wow you've lost a lot of weight" and others notice the rest and say "Are you on 'roids."

Diet is key though - If you eat an extra pasta dish and maybe have that big slice of garlic bread you shouldn't you will notice.

Get your hands on "Burn the fat, feed the muscle" by Tom Venuto. Once Needto's book is out I plan on using some of his recipes to add to Tom Venuto's plan because let's face it, the traditional high protein diet is quite boring.
