i was very tired and weak and needed to carb up
went to this new japanese place (which btw was amazing)
1. edimame
2. ck yakatori
2. philly roll
3. ex girlfriend roll (which btw is the best roll one the planet it is inside out roll with crabmeat on the inside instead of rice with salmon and tuna on the top) amazing..
4. A huge udon noodle bowl with ck , muscles and some other undtemined seafood in it.
5. went to a movie
6. on the way home stopped by in n out and got a 4x1 ( 4meat 1 cheese) with grilled onions only and an order of fries and a large lite lemonade
7. a small bowl of hummice with pretzels forf dipping....
moral of the story i was finally full and i feel way better today and look more shredded than normal...
ilove carb up days...
i guess i posted this bc i was proud about how much i ate. so thanks for putting up with my post...
btw i got down to 11% bf eathing in n out as my high fat meal at 1 am 3 times per week..
i have since cut that out to get leaner but jus sayin and yesterday was a treal
