In the US lbs sell from $3500 to $4500.(of course NYC knocks people in the head and you can pay alot more but that is average.) I sell mine at 4.

8000 watts is a HUGE electrical drain.
That's probably $180 - $ 200 a month EXTRA!
Not to mention the hydro set-up which could add another $20 in electrical.
If the electrical history on your home is 40-60$, suspicion will be aroused.

8/1000wts on 12 hours a day cost me an extra $120 per month give or take. The electric bill is just a method of investigation once the police think you may be growing. Anyway you would be surprised how many people rent out new houses in brand new subdivisions that still have houses going up. Cant check past records if there are none.
