This is weird. Why don't I feel like hell yet?

I'm 8 weeks out from my comp. This time last time around I had barely enough energy to drag myself out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. I had been dieting for 12 weeks by that point.

This time I've been dieting for 7 weeks, but still feel pretty OK - fairly good energy, and generally good mood. The ONLY differences between this time and last time are:

taking ginkho biloba
haven't been dieting as long
taking flax seed oil
rice and chick peas instead of oatmeal
fewer eggs, more soy protein

What gives?

Is it simply less time dieting, or is bf% a factor here? I don't think I'm any fatter now than I was last time - in fact, probably leaner ...
