This is weird, never had this happen before

I did my legs today, on my last sets, I got hot, and I quit sweating. I usually sweat like niagra falls, but I just stoped. My mouth went dry. 15min later, my face was tingling, and my neck and it went down to my arms. 30 after, it subsided, but my ears feel plugged, kinda like if you get water in them from swimming. What could this be, I've never had this happen before.

you take hcg today? hcg makes me feel weird a few hours later, stuffy nose, tired, dizzy then i'm fine. i have to lay down for a few hours, and it's hard to breathe.

Are you drinking enough water? Sounds like sevre dehydration..

Doing Clen myself at the moment and have the exact same thing going... I really think it's dehydration...
 
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Dehydration, cant think of anything else. I was drinking water tho, just not as much as I should when doing legs. Oh well, we'll see how the next round goes.
 
i get that sometimes after a really hard workout, could be either your blood sugar levels or your dehydrated.
 
I dunno a while back when i didnt know anything about what it was i was doing, i would get the same symptoms...i would drink some water and it'd temporarily fix it for me. SO i started to bring a gallon jug of water with me to the gym, and guess what, no more symptoms. I also started to drink a lot more water throughout the day.

My guess is dehydration.

I dont believe I ate anything 2 hrs before workout. I just recentely started taking slin after workouts.

Heavy leg days will sap the hell outta your glycogen stores, gatorade in between squat and deadlift sets will probably prevent it in the future bro. Be careful with the slin.
