a few counties above me they have adopted a program called " Safe Net" they claim is supposed to keep guns out of the hands of crimminals= this guy was convicted of a felony (above 1 oz of MJ) he served his senence ,now at a road check the officers found a rifle in his trunk now he looking at 21 yrs prison time-Hell some murders get less than that! not that it is right but something should be done....if you are know to be involved in criminal activity before something should be done if your caught with a gun.
