Not a bad base. I would recommend looking at your diet and training intensity. Protein intake is going to be huge for you as well as carbs. You could probably use to put on some serious muscle.
Your a fairly small dude, but with some hard work in a year or two you could put on some serious pounds and size. I tell a lot of people to find a mentor at your gym. I'll tell you the same thing.
Try to hit the gym when all the "big" guys are there working out. Try to weasel your way into one of their groups and hopefully they will take you under their wing. Your best chance to grow will be to find one of these people that have done it themselves and take their advice.
I'm guessing that your body wants to grow and if you can developer a strong training / diet routine you will get what you want.
As far as what you need to work on? I hat to say it bro but you as well as me and everyone else must work on everything every week. Attack the weight like you have a vengeance. Even if you know your are the biggest dude in the gym. Because if you don't eventually someone will pass you by.
Work on it all.
