I'm not sure dude, but my sympathies go out to her and hers. That is a painful and scary cancer that I have seen secondand.

The prognosis depends on the age, but in younger people the cancer is relatively benign, with death rates of 2-5%.

apparently the 5 year survival rate is pretty high if its stage I or II, which she probably had.

Interesting. Ther #1 medical malpractice suit is failure to diagnose cancer soon enough.

It would be great if this shut off a lot of med mal suits.

The market will force that too. (legislators of course won't touch it). Once the number of lawyers gets too high, they'll cannibalize each other.
