i have similar workouts. although i would advise you to throw in some coca cola or beer after #4. Also i have noticed that it helps tremendously if you sit in front of a TV while you do that routine.
....and if you're working out so hard that you're sweating, you could potentially slip and fall or possibly drop something....thus leading back to injuries.
People don't need to exercise to look great. All they need it the abtronic and trimspa.
