what if they did one with DBZ :(
I would love that!

I doubt it bro... Not for a long time at least...
Nothing against your taste and all but I thought DBZ sucked ass. They would spend a whole episode just "powering up" and the fights where produced pretty amateurishly compared to other comparable cartoons... The visual production just wasn't there and neither was the writing. The show just seemed to go on forever and the storyline was hard to follow
Thats my opinion from the shows I seen partially and the 5-6 episodes I actually sat down to watch... My 4 1/2 yrl kid doesn't like the show either... He loves "The Avatar" and the other one with the kind in the orange jumpsuit that can make clones of himself...

I have about 9-10hrs PER WEEK I can devote to watching T.V. and playing Video Games So I'm very selective with the show I watch. DBZ never made the cut for me.

ps Goku ( the guy in Red) is Letting the other guy kick his ass in order to try to save him or reach him
Vegeta sold his soul ( the guy with the M on his head), and Goku is trying to bring him back

I look up to that

bad orb material

check this out before you judge it:

watch BOTH :

part 1
http://youtube.com/watch?v=V-btLoxHuqw

part 2
http://youtube.com/watch?v=jiLFCdfkQc4&mode=related&search=

they are about 5 minutes each

honestly watch both and tell me what you think.

OK I watched a good bit of each (it all looks like the same blur from every other episode I have seen)... I'm very picky with my Movies, Music ect ect ect... Anything that requires creativity and production/editing. I want the best possible product.

Dragon Ball Z Still sucks balls...

Something as simple as placing your characters on the screen, in the proper angles to make the fight scenes have continuity, DBZ fails miserably. All you see is one guys trowing beams, then they cut to the other guy doging them... There is always tons of smoke and light energy folowed by a "strike" with a bunch of motion lines thru the scene... Just a shitty lazy way to displey the action of your characters and the nature of the fight.

I searched YouTube for my Kid's favorite show (he is a Martial Arts fanatic like me... But he is too young to really enjoy watching UFC or Pride FC)

Check out the quality of the graphics and the smoothness of the battle scenes in "The Avatar"... I'm not criticizing the "look" of DBZ... Ok the look is horrible, but if they want to keep that look of the characters having been drawn by a kid in the special class... The least they can do is set up the scenes in proper form so it doesn't look like the shitty mess of light and smoke the way it does now.

My kid shares my taste for fine production and writing, I can see that by his choice of shows and music.

I respectfully disagree, esp since they drew that characters in those days;)

Ps the Avatar is pretty good I have seen it, good writing for sure.

Thats must be cool to have your Son share things like that with you......what a gift.
I too hope one day to be blessed as you have.

I remember Alba accidentily leaked the movie in an interview a while back.
(drooling at the thought of Jessica Alba)

Gets better....

Galactus makes and appearance!

From Wikipedia:

"Reed and Sue are married early in the film.[1] The film's remaining story will center on the appearance of the Silver Surfer on Earth, as well as the return of Dr. Doom.

The teaser trailer (link below) shows the wedding of Reed and Sue interrupted by the arrival of Silver Surfer on Earth. Johnny Storm pursues the Surfer, but eventually is grabbed and pulled into the vacuum of orbital space, from where he is dropped back to Earth (presumably unconscious).

The traditional connection between the Surfer and Galactus seen in the early Fantastic Four comics has not been confirmed, but Tom Rothman, Chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment, has confirmed that Galactus will also appear in the film. Rothman also stated directly in an interview that "fans will not be disappointed".[2]

Tim Story has confirmed that Doctor Doom, seen defeated and frozen in his metal form at the end of the first film, will make a dramatic return in this movie and "he will be back in full DOOM, not like we had him in the first film."[3] Actor Ioan Gruffudd has confirmed that Julian McMahon will be back for the sequel.[4]"

The part that sucks is that I already know how the movie ends... I'm still going to go see it.
