I just cant get enough of it! LMAO! spent 12 hrs yesterday going thru the school of Needtoo... DUDE U R AWESOME with ur knowledge and how u express it in layman terms. Keep up the good work for newbs like me!

My Stats: Ht 6' 1" 190 lbs roughly 20 % BF 42yrs old. I'm on a Alkaline diet/ with 3 protein Drinks a day to help keep body weight and to reduce body fat (4200 calories a day). In just 8 weeks I lost 6% BF and gained 3 lbs. I throw in a Lean Steak or Chicken breast during my 5 meals a day thats not Alkaline.

Now, I wont do my 1st cycle until i hit 15% BF which could be in a month or so. I was thinking a simple TEST C or E with Forma Stanzol as my PCT.

My first question is when does the PEAK happen for test C or E? 10 weeks? and I want to make sure I retain the weight I gain afterwards, do I need to Hike my calories up during the cycle to say 5000 cals and then keep it there to ensure I wont lose mass?

I am still reading my ass off so I could run across the answers soon. In any case, I wanted to tell this forum how much you have helped me in the short time frame that I have been here. I see me going platinum soon, this shit is just to good not to! Thanx again guys! :biggrin:
 
FYI on my Alkaline diet, just had my blood tested and the doctor asked me how I got my blood cells so plump and healthy, he was amazed at the condition of my blood. We discussed my desire to lose body fat and he stated that BF is nothing but ACID in the body and Alkaline foods will eliminate its presence... I actually put a cap full of Hydrogen peroxide per gallon of reverse Osmosis water to bring the PH levels to around 7 - 8! this alone works wonders on acid in the body.
A thought on my first cycle... 250 mg (of Test) a week should be fine for your first cycle right? I was thinking 12 weeks but dont want to waste my time if it peaks earlier. I will definitely research this to the hilt before going live on any cycle. I have a couple of months to plan and dont want to go on a cycle til I hit a wall on mass gain. Just want some input to research.

Just found some insight in the forum already posted... 500mg test e mon thurs split 250mg on the day for 10 weeks should be fine. Now just want confirmation that I have a good PCT in order to retain most gains. I am gunning for 20 lbs during the cycle, hope thats with in reason.

250 mg of Test E seems to be a very popular starter cycle. And by the way I am glad you like it here, it never changes man, always a helpful crowd for whatever you need.

I've been told that you start to see and feel really nice results from Test around 6 weeks, but I think with test in particular it is different for everyone. 10-12 weeks is a pretty long cycle for any type of aas.......I'm no expert, but I would get a second opinion so that you dont a) hurt yourself b) waste your time and money!

I'd definitely be interested in seeing a log when you finally do get to it though!

10 - 12 weeks is pretty standard of an AAS Cycle.
Especially a longer ester like like Cyp / E.

Shorter esters like Prop would be fine with a 6 - 8 week cycle.

OP, what's your PCT plan look like?

welcome to the site bro. you should feel the test kick in around week 6.
you will need more than just the forma for PCT.
Grab some ,phytoserms 347,unleashed and hcgenerate.
you could use 250iu of hcg twice a week while ON - starting in week 2.
drop the hcg at the same time as the test,start the hcgenerate and wait 2 weeks to start PCT.

Thanks for the input on my PCT, I will reseach deeper on these products, wasn't sure if I needed more or not.
I'm going to chart everything during my virgin run... sleep hrs, heart rate b4 and after workouts, meals and Calories, bowel movements. The more I know about my body the safer I will be in the future. Thanx for the input guys!

It's a complete ON-CYCLE support. :)
It'll protect all your vitals including, liver, kidneys, prostate, heart, etc while your running AAS. You will still need your PCT supplements/drugs. Check out the PCT sticky in this section.

No, it just depends on what you want. If you want to be 15% before and put on some serious mass and then cut the rest of that fat or if you want to get to 10% and be able to really see some growth in definition.


Either way will work.

And about the 10-12 weeks AAS cycles, I was always told that 8-10 was the longest you should go. But I suppose there are differences in opinion in any area!

I would cut down first. alkaline diet works wonders because it is so catabolic and it really cuts out fat.

so lets cut down sticking with the diet/lifestyle you have with the help of lifting weights and some light cardio. then once you reach a good bf% then lets re-examine a good cycle for you.

well with deca I wouldn't go very long for the simple fact that the esthers linger for 5 weeks. so a 10 week deca cycle is really 15 weeks. longer cycle means longer recovery.

tren i wouldn't go long cause it can really screw up your HPTA and is a bitch to recover from.

other more mild steroids you can go longer but I prefer to cycle on no more then 8 weeks this way it doesn't take me an eternity to recover.

once you hit that magic 5 week mark with any AAS (even orals) your hpta begins shutting down and your balls shrink. so if you are gonna cross that line then you want to make sure you have an excellent PCT lined up. I even would suggest running hcg during a cycle to keep the balls plump .. maybe just maybe it allows a softer rebound.. although with tren and deca people have said it makes no difference.. still hard as heck to recover. took me a full 2 months to begin to recover from deca even with a very aggressive PCT. those esthers dont want to go away

nooo lol..

n2 guard is to help fight on-cyle problems.. in other words during your cycle

for one it helps fight problems associated conversion to estrogen and DHT

estrongen is a primary cause of gyno and bloating
dht is a primary cause of ance & hairloss

n2 guard also helps with liver protection which is a must

Sounds great Steve.. lost 7 lbs (183 lbs now)and hit 17% bF... just can't maintain the weight on this ALk diet. I am going for 10% bf... then add some weight back naturally first. Then get a cycle in place.
My workouts ar double jointed lifts to keep my metabolism cooking.. it seems to be working with this Alk diet... BF is just melting off. Doctor thinks I can hit 10% in April at this rate.

I use a calibrator in three diff area's my body to determine body fat, I also go to my Doc once a month to do all my special shit... (blood, BF, etc...)
