So I watched a show on the history of physical fitness on the BIO channel...
A long time ago there was a Greek Olympic wrestler name Milo. Well as part of his training he would pick up a calf and carry it around everyday. Well naturally the calf was growing and always increasing in weight. Apparently it was at this time that it was realized that increasing the weight lifted would produce strenght and size.
I found this quite interesting.
