This GOV'T is full of shit!!!! What about these dictators??????

Not only did US have nothing to do with removing Milosevic from power, they prolonged his reign for 2 more years when they attacked Serbia and made him a hero.

Do you have an article or something to back that up?

I was under the impression that the US supported repressing the Khmer Rouge from the start. Our bombing of cambodia may have indirectly swelled their ranks but i dont think we supported them directly.

I tried to talk to 2thick about this before too.

We were vehemently opposed to the Khmer Rouge in the beginning but suddenly did a 180 after the Vietnamese invaded. Sort of like we supported Iraq while they were fighting Iran and then suddenly changed with the Kuwait invasion.

Whats the point of this list now????

Since quite a few are dead and/or removed it's obviously not to point out others we need to remove. Is it to point out that the US doesn't care about other countries? Since we did remove move of the ones on the list that have been removed.

Not sure what your point is.

I think the point is that the USA is not on a moral crusade to rid the world of oppression as King George II (Bush) would like for the world to believe. We support ruthless killers when it suits our needs. As long as we continue to support opressive regimes we can't claim to be taking the moral high road for deciding to wipe out one dictator. In other words, our foreign policy is full of hipocrisy.

Seeing there are rulers on that list we've removed. I can't see how thats valid.

Also, we've been slowly getting out of that bidness. Since it bites us in the ass, case in point Saddamn himself.
