gene rychlak benched 900 pounds. WOW. it went up easy too. clean lift that was legal in that fed. however theres somethign i want to just talk about
he wore his bench shirt pulled as far down as possible. you could actually see his front delts and the rest of his shoulders. it was kind of rediculous. resembled a bench bra more than a bench shirt. is this even safe? i do know that this was not legal in bench america and maybe all feds should start enforcing it more in my opinion
I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST SHIRTS. i own a karins double denim myself and i plan to keep using it.
it's just that things like this make me realize how some people really like to discredit lifters that use shirts. i can now see how ridiculous shirts can seem even though most of the critics are just ignorant and jealous haters
the equipment just keeps advancing and so are the ways that one can use it
i dont even know what the point of this thread is. just kinda getting my feelings out and hopefully starting some sort of (productive) discussion
