im depleting for my contest and i tried skip's method (this was a long time back on anabolex.com if anyone here remembers)...he did a cheat day 1 week out. I decided to try this but i feel it was dumb for experimenting this close to my show...now I know you all think im a fool for doing this, and believe me, i feel like one right now...and dont say i dont have dedication...i put everything i have into my physique...including my heart...so trust me, I dont take the fact that im bloated now and pretty waterly, lightly. Im a bit bloated...and drinking water like crazy...and carb depleted today (saturday). This is what i plan on doing to totally deplete before i start my carb up on wednesday/thurs/fri be4 the show on sat...
50 carbs be4 first workout ONLY sat/sun/mon/tues (then no carbs rest of day)
first workout is 90 minutes...full body workout, workout for a pump, not to get the muscle sore really
1 hour cardio (mostly posing and some incline fast paced walking)
second workout is 45 minutes: full body again (half the sets)
1 hour cardio
total workout time: 4:15 per day
total daily carbs: 50
dropped the dnp 7 days out...im now just taKing 150mcgs t3 daily..and as for gear..let's just say im using enough for even this kind of workout schedule to not break down any muscle..750mg masteron, 550 primo, 25halo be4 the first workout (im only using halo for 1 week).
Total daily water=1.5 gallons (tea, coffee, water)
by wednesday i start aldactone 25mg am 25mg pm: 1 gal water, 400 carbs (sodium is cut to 500mgs per day max until the contest)
thursday 50mg aldactone am 50mg PM: 64oz water, 350 carbs
friday 50mg aldactone am 50-75pm: 32 oz water before noon, then none just sips: 300 carbs
sat morning
50-75mg aldactone depending on if holding any water or not, small meals mostly of just complex and high glycemix carbs...then 30 mins be4 stagetime just a little bit of raisens and or pie filling with a little red wine
ive competed once and this got me completely dry...any thoughts on the depleting though since i did a cheat day? (.p.s> in the future it'll be a high carb day..trust me, i learned my lesson! LOL)
