this is like one big mind fuck waiting. i hate waiting.

is it going to be as good as i hope for once i sink my face in it? or am i setting myself up for disappointment?

i can't wait to feel those theighs either. i bet they're perfect. they looked damn good when i first saw them.

Are you at 350 degrees?

350 would be cold for this chick.

try 425-450.

i'm ready to burst. i'm going to put the kids to bed so they don't see something they shouldn't at this young age.

crap now im hungry but i dont like thighs, i like breasteseses

i stole this chick from Mountain Muscle.

ok, i didn't steal, he gave willingly.

casserole dish, fill the bottom with rough cut onion. i used one medium sized vidalia for this.

make a layer of chicken. i used theighs.

salt, pepper - i also add garlic salt, oregano, and parsley.

toss some minced garlic in. amount depends on your love for garlic.

lightly coat with olive oil.

add 2 stalks celery.

add more chicken, but leave 1/2" clearance between chicken and top of casserole dish.

repeat seasoning process and olive oil.

fill the casserole dish with orange juice. you want the chicken submerged.

cook 375-425 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

it will practically fall off the bone and be soaked with flavor.

:p :p :p :p :p

i give credit where credit is due. Mountain Muscle's chicken recipie is awesome.
